When I should list the property and for what price were very key elements to the success of the sell. She listed the property on 7/7/2025 and final paperwork was ready for signing on 7/28/2025. The entire process was handled expertly with the most exciting element to note being...the property sold way over asking! Please know she was exceptional and I am forever very thankful!!!

Leigh had a background in distressed (waiting for foreclosure) properties - she knew the issues confidently. We had a nice house, but she had neccesary little things fixed, and cleaned up and was very excited about it the property. We listed around thanksgiving - so holidays slowed things down, and the interest rates were also becoming a factor. But she didn't chase people, just waited for an offer and then did some very good negotiation so that we ended up better than the listing price, even with just one offer. Very happy and satisfied with outcome. Also very nice to work with when issues/questions came up. Thank you Leigh.
